Tex-Tube is a leading manufacturer of high-quality ERW steel pipe. ```Duties``` - Operate heavy forklifts, i.e. 60k - Safely load, unload, and move materials within a warehouse, pipeyard setting - Perform order picking and ensure accurate inventory management - Follow proper procedures for storing and organizing products in the warehouse - Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance or repair needs - Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety guidelines - Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to ensure efficient operations ```Qualifications``` - Valid forklift operator certification - Proven experience operating heavy equipment, i.e. 60k Forklift - Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and materials handling techniques - Strong mechanical knowledge to perform routine inspections and minor repairs on forklifts - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory management - Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions Education and Experience: 2 year of previous heavy equipment operator experience (REQUIRED) Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
