Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic – Mining & Construction Materials

Role: Diesel Mechanic supporting mining and construction materials operations in a field/on-site setting. Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines and heavy mobile equipment used in quarrying and aggregate production. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems effectively. Complete accurate service records and documentation. Collaborate with operators and supervisors to prioritize repairs, reduce downtime, and maintain safety and environmental standards. Qualifications & Skills Strong mechanical skills with experience in diagnosing and repairing diesel and heavy equipment. Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems troubleshooting. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and quality standards.
