We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Parts Manager to lead and strengthen parts operations across our organization of 18 Bobcat equipment dealerships. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who knows the equipment parts business, enjoys developing people, and is always looking for ways to improve processes and performance. What You’ll Do: Lead and support parts managers and teams across multiple locations. Improve processes, systems, reporting, and Standard Operating Procedures. Monitor department performance, financial results, inventory practices, and key metrics. Build strong vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and identify purchasing opportunities. Coach, train, and develop parts managers and employees. Help resolve customer service and operational challenges. Ensure branches follow company and manufacturer programs and processes. Support hiring, compensation, performance management, and employee development. Help develop promotions and strategies that drive parts business growth. What We’re Looking For: 7–10 years of progressive experience, including team leadership. Strong construction equipment parts, product, and service knowledge. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Ability to use data and financial information to make decisions and improve performance. Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills. IntelliDealer experience is a plus. Must be able to obtain a 1/2 ton white pickup truck that will be leased to the company for business purposes.
