As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a dependable and safety-focused Class B Driver to join our team. Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Class B Driver to join our Santa Fe Springs team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting equipment, materials, and supplies to customers while ensuring compliance with all safety and traffic regulations. This role requires excellent driving skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to assist with general duties as needed. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate company vehicles (Class B) to transport equipment, tools, and materials to designated locations. Load and unload vehicles, ensuring items are properly secured and protected during transport. Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance, reporting any issues to the fleet manager. Maintain accurate delivery logs, invoices, and other required paperwork. Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety protocols. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to ensure timely deliveries. Assist with general duties, including inventory management and equipment organization, when not driving. Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license. Strong knowledge of towing, route driving and navigation skills. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading/unloading cargo. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients during deliveries. Strong organizational skills to manage delivery schedules effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
