If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy diagnosing and repairing trucks, and want your earning potential to reflect your experience and productivity, we want to hear from you! 🔧 What You’ll Do: As a Heavy-Duty Truck Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of heavy-duty trucks and related equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on heavy-duty trucks. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and computerized systems. Troubleshoot engine, transmission, brake, suspension, steering, and electrical concerns. Perform quality repairs efficiently and accurately. Use diagnostic equipment and technical information to identify problems. Maintain accurate service and repair documentation. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturer specifications. Work as part of a team to keep customer vehicles operating safely and reliably. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. 🛠️ What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1 year of heavy-duty truck or related automotive repair experience. Valid New York State Driver’s License and Clean driving record. Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills. Reliable, dependable, and safety minded. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred — But Not Required: CDL and ASE Medium/Heavy Truck certifications. Additional manufacturer or industry-specific training.
