Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various makes and models of trucks and trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment to disassemble and reassemble machinery.
• Complete all service paperwork as required through an online system.
• Accurately charge out parts from the parts department.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols during all maintenance activities.
Requirements
• Must have a Journeyman certificate or be an 3rd year apprentice and a CVIP license Is an asset.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment as needed during maintenance procedures.
• Experience working with power tools, hand tools, and specialized maintenance equipment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team as well as independently
• Excellent problem-solving skills and requires minimal supervision.
• Class 3 license preferred.
• Must have your own tools.
• Must have your own transportation as there is no bus services (we are located just East of the city limits).
