NOW HIRING: Heavy-Duty Tow Truck Driver (CDL) Central Towing & Transport LLC in Livermore, CA is looking for a heavy-duty tow operator to join our recovery team. Pay: $28.00 - $42.00/hour, depending on experience and certifications Job type: Full-time, with rotating nights, weekends and on-call. Overtime available.What you'll do:Tow and recover semis, buses, trailers and equipmentRespond to accidents and breakdowns on I-580, I-680 and I-205Rig, winch and load vehicles safelyWork with CHP, local police and CaltransWhat you need:Valid California Class A CDL (Class B with air brake endorsement considered)Minimum of 1 year of verifiable towing experienceClean driving recordValid DOT medical card and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screenAbility to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weatherNice to have: WreckMaster or TRAA certification, hazmat or tanker endorsement, California tow truck driver certificateWe offer: Health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, paid training and uniforms.
