Heavy Duty Parts Specialist

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional guest service by assisting technicians with their parts needs - Identify and locate parts using electronic catalogs and databases - Process parts orders and ensure accurate inventory management - Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to determine the correct parts needed for repairs - Maintain a clean and organized parts department - Assist with shipping, receiving, and stocking of parts - Perform data entry tasks to update records and track inventory levels Skills: - Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories - Experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment - Proficient in using electronic parts catalogs and inventory management systems - Forklift operation skills for moving heavy parts and equipment - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus - Experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supplier management is beneficial - Ability to fabricate or repair equipment is an advantage This position offers competitive pay and benefits.
