This is an opportunity to work in a high-volume facility servicing heavy-duty trucks and commercial fleet vehicles. Whether you're an A-, B-, or C-Level Technician, we're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, values safety, and understands the importance of keeping commercial drivers on the road. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks and commercial vehicles. Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on diesel-powered vehicles based on experience and skill level. Inspect commercial vehicles to identify mechanical concerns, safety issues, and necessary repairs. Complete assigned repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Work with fellow technicians and shop leadership to maintain efficient workflow and minimize vehicle downtime. Follow established shop safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Support the shop's commitment to dependable repairs and excellent service for commercial drivers, owner-operators, and fleet customers. Qualifications Previous hands-on experience in heavy-duty diesel truck repair required. 5+ years of relevant diesel repair experience preferred. A-, B-, and C-Level Diesel Technicians will be considered based on demonstrated skills and experience. Strong understanding of heavy-duty diesel mechanical systems and repair procedures. Ability to perform accurate, quality repairs with attention to detail and safety. Additional experience with automotive repair, forklifts, or related equipment is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a busy commercial repair environment and maintain consistent workmanship. Compensation & Benefits $30-$40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
