Heavy Duty Diesel Technician

Put your diagnostic and repair skills to work. We’re looking for an experienced Heavy Truck Technician to help keep trucks and trailers safe, reliable, and ready for work. This role reports to the Shop Manager and initially focuses on diagnostics, electrical systems, engines, and drivetrains. What You’ll Do Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults. Repair engines, cooling systems, drivetrains, electrical systems, and related components within your qualifications. Perform general truck and trailer repairs and inspect for additional defects. Document diagnostic findings, labor, parts, and completed repairs. Complete required checks and communicate equipment readiness before release. Work with another technician on complex or two-person tasks. Keep tools maintained and your work area clean. Serve as evening lead when designated by the Shop Manager. Required Qualifications Prior hands-on heavy truck diagnostic and repair experience is a must. Ability to read service information and wiring diagrams. Experience safely operating lifting equipment and diagnostic tools. Strong attention to safety, repair quality, and accurate documentation.
