Our Shop Location & Hours: Address: 7230 I-10 Frontage Rd, San Antonio, TX 78219 Work Hours: Monday through Saturday (or Monday to Friday), 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Positions We Are Looking To Fill: Tire Change Experts: Experienced hands for commercial truck and semi-trailer tire changes, flat repairs, and swaps (Note: We focus on changes/repairs—no balancing or alignment equipment on site). Diesel & Truck/Trailer Mechanics: Experienced hands for general mechanical work, brakes, suspensions, hydraulic systems, and overall truck/trailer repairs. Electrical / Diagnostic Specialists ("Wire & Diagnostic Guys"): Technicians who know how to track down electrical gremlins, fix wiring harnesses, utilize schematics, and run diagnostic troubleshooting. Office & Billing Coordinator (Office Lady): Someone to handle customer check-ins, invoicing, billing (via software/Square), and parts ordering/inventory. Core Responsibilities & Duties: Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems of trucks and trailers. Conduct routine maintenance including tire service and air brake inspections to keep vehicles operating safely. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues accurately. Pay & Terms: Pay rates are open to discussion and negotiation based on experience and the role ($10 to $20+ starting base depending on experience, with room to grow and talk things through).
