Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic

We provide on-site repairs and maintenance for heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and equipment throughout the Mississippi Gulf Coast and Greater New Orleans are. If you're someone who takes pride in quality work, can diagnose problems independently, and enjoys working in the field, we'd love to hear from you. This will be a 1099 Contractor job Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and related systems Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot electrical, air, hydraulic, and mechanical issues Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Communicate professionally with customers Keep accurate service records What We're Looking For: Experience working on heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable Ability to work independently in a mobile service environment Own basic mechanic tools (specialty tools provided as needed) Minimum of 2 years diesel mechanic experience What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Company service truck (take-home vehicle for work use) Company uniforms Assigned jobs—no micromanaging Opportunity to grow with a locally owned, fast-growing company Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
