Now Hiring: Diesel Mechanic – Wink, TX ADC&T is hiring a Diesel Mechanic to join our growing team! We're looking for a dependable, experienced mechanic who takes pride in quality work and keeping our fleet operating safely and efficiently. Position Details Location: Wink, Texas Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 :00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday 7AM-3PM Some nights and weekends required as business demands. Competitive pay based on experience Paid weekly Housing available for the right candidate, if needed. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty diesel trucks and trailers. Perform preventive maintenance and DOT inspections. Troubleshoot engine, electrical, hydraulic, suspension, and air brake systems. Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Keep accurate maintenance and repair records. Help ensure our fleet remains safe and road-ready. Qualifications Previous diesel mechanic experience required. Experience working on heavy-duty trucks and trailers. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Must have your own basic tools. Brake Certification is a plus. CDL is a plus, but not required. Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
