Job Overview MediClick is seeking a skilled Healthcare Software Developer to contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of healthcare-focused software applications. The ideal candidate will understand software engineering principles and have an interest in building technology solutions that support hospital operations and healthcare administration. The successful candidate will work with technical and product teams to develop reliable applications, improve existing software functionality, and support integrations with healthcare information systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain healthcare software applications. Build and improve software features for hospital operations and administrative workflows. Develop APIs and integrate databases with existing applications. Support software solutions for inventory, purchasing, and materials management. Troubleshoot application issues and improve system performance. Participate in software testing, debugging, and code reviews. Maintain application security, reliability, and technical documentation. Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project teams. Support ongoing application enhancements and software releases. Required Skills Experience with software development and application engineering. Knowledge of Java, C#, Python, or similar programming languages. Understanding of SQL databases and data management. Familiarity with APIs and enterprise application integration. Knowledge of software testing and debugging. Understanding of web application development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience developing healthcare or enterprise software. Familiarity with SaaS applications and cloud technologies. Understanding of hospital information systems and healthcare workflows. Experience with Agile software development practices. Compensation and Benefits Estimated Annual Salary: $85,000 – $120,000, depending on experience, technical expertise, and responsibilities.
