Healthcare Inventory & Operations Associate (Part-Time)

Company: Bridge Position type: Part-time, paid Openings: 2 Pay: Starting at $17/hour, based on experience Schedule: Part-time, with scheduling discussed during the interview Location: Atlanta, GA, not far from the airport Position Overview Bridge is hiring two Healthcare Inventory & Operations Associates. This is not a traditional warehouse job. It sits where healthcare and wellness business operations, inventory and supply management, and technology meet. Bridge supports medical clinics, wellness clinics, spas, and similar businesses with the supplies and inventory they rely on every day. In this role you'll learn what these businesses need, how they're set up behind the scenes, and how supply and inventory decisions affect the way they run. Responsibilities - Learn the supply and inventory needs of medical clinics, wellness clinics, spas, and similar businesses. - Organize and maintain back-of-house inventory and supply areas so products are easy to find, count, and track. - Receive, count, label, and track inventory and supplies. - Work in Bridge's marketplace to keep client information and inventory needs accurate and up to date. - Support client accounts by tracking what clients order, what they need, and when they need it. - Help develop and improve inventory systems, processes, and records. - Assist with regular inventory counts and help find and resolve discrepancies. - Document processes so the team can follow them consistently. - Take on other operations and inventory projects as they come up. Ideal Candidate - Organized and detail-oriented. - Comfortable working hands-on with supplies and inventory as well as on a computer. - Quick to learn new systems, marketplaces, and online tools. Spreadsheet experience is a plus. - Interested in healthcare, wellness, business operations, or supply chain. - Communicates clearly and professionally, including with clients. - Reliable and able to follow through. - Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
