Headend Technician & Warehouse Assistant

NACE is in search of a Florida Lab & Warehouse Technician to support our lab production, customer support, and warehouse operations. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with electronic equipment, solving problems, and staying active throughout the workday. What You'll Do: Build & Test: Assemble, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic equipment and DTV Headend systems. Technical Support: Help customers, sales, and internal teams troubleshoot equipment and answer technical product questions. Product Returns: Test and evaluate returned equipment, process RMA/RRO items, and document findings. Warehouse Support: Receive, pick, package, stock, and ship products while maintaining accurate inventory. Organization & Safety: Keep the lab and warehouse clean, organized, and safe while following company procedures. Team Support: Work closely with lab, warehouse, sales, and management teams to keep products and customer requests moving efficiently. Occasional travel may be required. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems. Strong problem-solving and attention to detail. Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and technology. Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team. Warehouse, electronics, cable/headend, or technical experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position requiring extended periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. The position may occasionally require lifting or moving items weighing up to approximately 75 pounds. Why This Role?
