Position Responsibilities
• Develop and implement Uline's procurement strategy and manage vendor performance across hardware, software, SaaS, and cloud services.
• Oversee contract lifecycles while collaborating with our Legal, Finance, and Security teams to ensure robust coverage and protections.
• Provide key insights on technology spending, market trends, and vendor negotiations to guide strategic decision-making.
• Continuously enhance procurement processes and best practices, identifying improvements in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the IT procurement team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of IT procurement experience, including IT contract negotiation.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams and overseeing extensive vendor portfolios.
• Proven experience with procurement software and managing procurement initiatives effectively.
• Exceptional negotiation and analytical skills.
