Duties Lead and supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and sanitation procedures aligned with safety regulations and industry best practices Oversee industrial and commercial cleaning operations, including specialized sanitation tasks such as laundry management and deep cleaning projects Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and sanitation standards are met or exceeded Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and performance management strategies Skills Proven experience in custodial services, industrial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management Strong staff supervision and team management capabilities with demonstrated leadership skills Excellent managerial communication skills to motivate staff and coordinate with other departments In-depth knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Ability to oversee multiple cleaning projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Customer service orientation with a focus on creating welcoming environments for guests or clients Experience in managing janitorial operations, laundry services, and custodial supplies procurement Join us as a Head Housekeeper to lead with energy, uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, foster team growth, and contribute significantly to our guests’ positive experiences!
