Respond to roadside and on-site service calls for commercial, agricultural, industrial, and passenger vehicle tire repair and replacement. Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper inflation, recommend repairs or replacements as needed. Mount, balance, repair, and install tires using specialized tools and equipment. Perform emergency roadside assistance, minimizing customer downtime through prompt and efficient service. Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections on service truck equipment and tools. Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory of tires, parts, and supplies. Provide outstanding customer service by explaining repairs, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Operate service truck safely while following all DOT regulations and company safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle to ensure readiness for field service calls. Previous tire technician or service truck experience NON-CDL position Valid driver’s license and good driving record Tire and Mounting & Repair experience Ability to use smart phone and tablet devices Customer Service experience Work safely under urgent conditions Ability to lift, carry or move up to 75 lbs.
