Pay & Benefits Average $80,000 per year $0.527 per mile + $15 per stop $5,000 sign-on bonus; first payment after 30 days Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance Paid time off, vacation, holidays and 401(k) match Schedule & Job Details Home daily, Monday–Friday; weekends off Day shifts: start between 4 a.m. and 9 a.m. Night shifts: start between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. Shifts typically last 10–12 hours Day routes include shuttle loads to and from Remington, Indiana Night routes include multi-stop deliveries across northeastern Wisconsin Driver unload using a liftgate and electric pallet jack New automatic Freightliner daycabs Hazmat endorsement required; training assistance available if started upon hire Requirements At least 22 years old 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years Must meet Clearinghouse and English-language requirements
