Position Summary The Harvest Coordinator supports harvest operations by ensuring products are labeled accurately, assigned traceable storage locations, and recorded in the appropriate tracking systems. This role also maintains fresh-frozen inventory records and completes daily data uploads. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities Prepare, apply, and verify product labels according to company procedures. Assign storage locations to harvested products and record location numbers accurately. Maintain an up-to-date location page or tracking system so team members can find products efficiently. Count fresh-frozen inventory and record the results promptly. Review product, location, and inventory records for missing information or discrepancies. Upload required information to the designated system or folder each workday and confirm completion. Communicate discrepancies, missing products, unclear labels, and upload issues to a supervisor. Maintain organized records and follow company procedures for data handling and recordkeeping. Work with team members to support accurate and efficient harvest operations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organization and time-management skills. Ability to follow written procedures and complete repetitive tasks consistently. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Ability to handle inventory records and confidential company information responsibly. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Advanced Excel skills, including organizing and formatting data, using formulas, sorting and filtering information, and preparing clear tracking reports. Advanced Word skills, including creating and formatting professional documents, tables, and records. Advanced PowerPoint skills, including creating and formatting clear, professional presentations. Experience maintaining product labels, inventory records, or location-tracking systems. Experience using digital data-entry, reporting, or inventory-management systems. Must be 21 years of age or older to apply. Compensation $19 / hour Benefits 401(k) PTO Health insurance Schedule Monday - Friday, Weekends as needed Day Shift Work Expectations Complete assigned counts, records, and uploads accurately and on schedule. Follow company safety, quality, and recordkeeping procedures. Raise questions when product information cannot be verified. Report discrepancies promptly and document actions taken.
