Harvest & Bucketing Crew / Delivery Driver (Fast-Paced, Physical, MED Badge Required)

MUST have a valid MED-issued employee badge. Read this before you apply: this job is a workout. We're hiring two people for a demanding, fast-moving harvest crew. This is not a sit-down trim job with a little lifting on the side. You'll be on your feet, moving quickly, lifting heavy loads, and climbing ladders for a full 8-hour shift, every shift. If you're in great physical condition, like to move, and can keep a fast pace from 6am to close, keep reading. If you want a slower pace, this isn't the right fit, and that's okay. Sense of urgency is a MUST. We move fast because the plants don't wait. We need people who see what needs doing and hustle to get it done. What your week looks like: Monday: Bucketing Day A full shift on your feet feeding plants into the bucketing machine or cutting them into bouquets for bucketing. Steady, fast, repetitive work. Tuesday: Harvest Day Our most physically demanding day. You'll cut plants, carry and move poles loaded with plants, and climb ladders to hang them in the dry room, over and over, all shift. Wednesday–Friday: Trimming & Projects Trimming, cleaning, and whatever else needs doing around the facility. Delivery Driver Role (1–2 positions): We need 1–2 people who are willing to make deliveries in their own vehicle. Delivery time is paid at your hourly rate plus 50% of the IRS standard mileage rate Must have a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, a reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record Physical requirements (non-negotiable): Lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Climb up and down ladders safely and often, including while handling plant material Stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry for a full 8-hour shift Work at a brisk, consistent pace from start to finish Work in warm, humid grow and dry rooms Who we're looking for: High-energy, athletic, and physically fit. You'd rather move than sit. Reliable and on time. Consistent attendance is expected every day.
