At Outlaw Harley-Davidson, you’ll help make that happen—keeping inventory organized, getting technicians what they need, and supporting a team that takes pride in serving riders. Family owned and operated since 1978, we’re looking for a dependable, motivated Parts Receiving / Back Counter Associate who enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to the details, and takes satisfaction in a job done right. Experience with motorcycle or automotive parts, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or retail parts support is a plus—but it’s not required. If you bring a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do Keep parts moving: Receive and inspect shipments, verify packing slips and invoices, and report shortages or damage. Support our technicians: Pull, stage, and deliver parts for service repair orders and internal requests. Stay organized: Stock parts and accessories in the correct locations and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom. Help keep inventory accurate: Update inventory records and assist with cycle counts. Handle returns: Process parts returns, core returns, and warranty parts according to dealership procedures. Work as a team: Coordinate with the front counter, service department, and management to keep daily operations running smoothly. Provide dependable service: Give internal and external customers prompt, professional support. What You Bring Dependability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to jump in and help. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear communication and customer service skills. The ability to manage priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn our inventory systems. The ability to lift and move parts, packages, and accessories as needed. Previous parts, warehouse, or shipping and receiving experience is preferred, but not required.
