Hardware Testing Technician (ITAD)

Duties: Verify device information, including serial numbers, UIDs, and asset details, for accuracy. Configure and test laptops, desktops, and other electronic equipment following established procedures. Verify devices are free of security restrictions, including BIOS passwords, MDM locks, or activation locks. Perform basic troubleshooting before identifying equipment as non-functional. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Support production goals and assist other operational areas as needed. Experience/Skills needed: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, laptops, desktops, and electronic devices. Ability to follow procedures and work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in testing, quality control, electronics processing, or ITAD preferred. Why Join Mender?
