Key Responsibilities:
• Manage freight movement and service level monitoring
• Develop employee training and coaching plans
• Maintain records on performance and productivity
• Foster positive relationships with customers and vendors
• Practice safe work procedures within the team
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years’ experience leading a team
• Post-secondary education is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Competence with Microsoft Office tools
• AZ license is desired
