Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, people management, and mechanical knowledge. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive performance improvements, manage teams effectively, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. Duties Ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Implement best practices for warehouse organization, inventory management, and logistics. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to maintain operational readiness. Manage a team of technicians, providing training, support, and performance evaluations. Qualifications Proven experience in a senior operations management role within a manufacturing or factory environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various power tools and hand tools. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
