Hamburger Procurement Manager

Job Summary 8-Bit Bites is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Hamburger Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and ingredient sourcing for restaurant operations. This role focuses on securing quality hamburger ingredients, managing procurement budgets, coordinating supplier deliveries, and maintaining reliable inventory levels to support daily kitchen operations. Common Job Roles Hamburger Ingredient Procurement Supplier Relationship Management Purchasing Operations Food Product Sourcing Inventory and Supply Coordination Procurement Cost Management Key Responsibilities Manage procurement activities for hamburger ingredients and restaurant supplies. Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with food suppliers and distributors. Source beef, buns, cheese, vegetables, sauces, and other kitchen ingredients. Negotiate supplier pricing, purchasing terms, and delivery schedules. Prepare and approve purchase orders according to operational requirements. Monitor inventory levels and forecast future purchasing needs. Evaluate supplier performance, product quality, and delivery reliability. Coordinate with kitchen management to understand ingredient requirements. Maintain accurate purchasing records, invoices, and supplier documentation. Identify opportunities to reduce purchasing costs without compromising quality. Resolve supplier, order, and delivery-related issues. Prepare procurement reports and provide purchasing updates to management. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or restaurant supply management. Knowledge of food ingredients and commercial restaurant purchasing. Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. Experience with purchase orders and inventory management systems. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities. Ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and multiple suppliers. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
