Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hair Bow Assembler, where your precision and craftsmanship will bring delightful accessories to life! In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality hair bows with attention to detail and consistency. Your expertise in mechanical assembly, measuring instruments, and interpreting technical drawings will ensure each product meets our strict quality standards. Responsibilities Assemble hair bows using specialized industrial tools, power tools, and hand tools with precision and care Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, production documents, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly processes Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math to verify dimensions and quality standards Handle small parts and materials safely through manual handling techniques while adhering to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols Operate pneumatic tools and other machinery necessary for efficient production workflows Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety guidelines and PPE use at all times Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve assembly procedures for increased efficiency Experience Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly environments is highly preferred Familiarity with mechanical blueprint interpretation and reading schematics or technical drawings Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math skills Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools Knowledge of warehouse procedures or inventory management is a plus Ability to interpret manufacturing instructions accurately and follow detailed procedures for consistent product quality Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in soldering or machining is advantageous Join us in creating charming hair accessories that bring joy to children and adults alike!
