Duties Install all styles of gutters (Kstyle, Half Round, Box, Copper/Standard, ect) with accuracy, ensuring alignment and secure fastening according to technical specifications and safety standards Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to execute precise roofing installations Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and secure materials efficiently Perform gutter repairs, maintenance, and restoration work on existing roofs. Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and construction safety harnesses while adhering strictly to workplace safety regulations Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment to ensure efficient workflow on outdoor construction sites Assist with other related tasks as needed to support comprehensive project completion Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries during outdoor work activities Experience Prior construction experience with a focus on gutter installation or repair is highly preferred Familiarity with gutter systems, especially standing seam techniques, is a strong advantage Knowledge of interpreting technical drawings and construction plans ensures accurate project execution Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, fabrication techniques, and heavy lifting enhances your effectiveness on site Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations—including ladder use, safety harnesses, and site hazard awareness—is essential Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions demonstrates resilience and adaptability in outdoor environments Join us in creating durable roofs that protect communities while advancing your skills in a fast-paced construction environment!
