GunBroker Listing & Inventory Specialist

Gun Geeks, LLC is a Texas FFL dealer specializing in rare, collectible, and custom firearms sold through GunBroker and gungeeks.com. We are hiring a Listing Specialist to photograph inventory, write and manage GunBroker listings, pull and process orders, and work most weekends at area gun shows. WHAT YOU WILL DO Create, edit, and manage GunBroker listings — titles, descriptions, categories, pricing, and auction settings. Photograph firearms and accessories; organize and upload listing photos. Pull sold orders, pick inventory, pack shipments, and keep listing status current. Help keep the warehouse and show inventory organized and accurately described. Work most weekends at gun shows (tables, sales support, setup/teardown). WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Preferred: Ability to operate the GunBroker platform — listings, order pull, photos, and day-to-day seller tools. Preferred: 2+ years in the firearms industry. Preferred: Available most weekends for gun shows in the DFW area and nearby circuits. Training can be provided for the right candidate. No degree required. Sales experience is a plus, but not required. Website / WordPress programming is a plus, not mandatory. Must be legally able to handle firearms in a licensed FFL environment and pass a background check. Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with high-value collector pieces. PAY & SCHEDULE $15–$20 per hour starting, depending on experience. On-site at our Garland warehouse. Weekday warehouse hours plus most weekends for gun shows. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
