Guest Service Representative

Duties Greet guests warmly, providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette Operate PMS (Property Management system) PEP system accurately for transactions. Assist customers with Hilton services and products, explaining features and benefits to encourage new enrollments. Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks, and product replenishment as one of the services. Engage in guide customers true the area about ski resorts, dinning options and some local attractions. Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with bilingual guests and team members alike. Experience Previous experience in Hotel business or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are essential. Supervising experience is a plus, especially if it involved training or mentoring team members in customer interactions or sales techniques Familiarity with Hotel business related Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling, PMS operations, and sales calculations Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are vital for engaging with guests both in person and over the phone and with the other team members. Knowledge of customer service with high levels of interaction and communication always following Hilton brand standards.
