Location: Guaynabo PR The Medical Inventory and Delivery Specialist is responsible for supporting the management, control, storage, preparation, dispatch, transportation, and delivery of medical and surgical materials, equipment, and supplies used in Alivia Infusion Services. The position is also responsible for the transportation and delivery of medications that have been previously dispensed, verified, and packaged by authorized pharmacy staff, ensuring their integrity, safety, traceability, and delivery. This position integrates medical and surgical inventory and supply functions with logistics and delivery functions for home infusion services. Responsibilities: Maintain control, organization, and availability of the inventory of medical and surgical materials, equipment, and supplies used in infusion services. Receive, inspect, organize, and store sterile and non-sterile materials in accordance with established procedures. Prepare, select, organize, and dispense the medical and surgical materials, equipment, and supplies required for infusion cases. Verify that the quantities and items prepared correspond to the needs of the case. Receive medications for transport that have been previously dispensed, verified, and packaged by authorized pharmacy staff. Transport and deliver medications without opening, modifying, altering, or tampering with the packaging prepared by the Pharmacy. Maintain the safety and integrity of the medication throughout the entire transportation process. Inspect the assigned vehicle at the beginning of each shift. Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in proper condition for the transportation of medications and medical supplies. Comply with the policies and procedures of Alivia Health and Alivia Infusion Services. Comply with applicable regulations regarding the handling and transportation of medications and medical-surgical materials. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Current and valid driver’s license. At least one (1) year of experience in at least one of the following areas: Inventory, Warehouse, logistics or distribution, Pharmacy business, Medical and surgical supplies, Healthcare services, Delivery or transportation of medical products. ***Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/V/D***
