Position Summary FSM Group, LLC, an aviation fuel management company with operations across North America, has an immediate opening for a GSE Supervisor at our Boston airport location . The Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily ground support equipment maintenance operations, including technician activities, equipment availability, and work assignments. This role ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance and repair of ground support equipment while maintaining compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable safety and regulatory standards. Essential Responsibilities Lead and direct employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance operations Promote compliance with company safety standards, policies, and applicable regulatory requirements Oversee the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ground support equipment, including fueling equipment, transport vehicles, and related systems Perform equipment diagnostics and interpret wiring schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Conduct equipment, inventory, and work-order audits to promote operational efficiency, accuracy, and accountability Coordinate maintenance projects, monitor progress, and ensure completion within established timelines and operational objectives Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and operational documentation Perform other duties as assigned to meet business and operational requirements Benefits Amazing opportunities for promotions and career growth Full array of benefits to meet you and your family’s needs Extensive training Pay on Demand program Paid Time Off …and much more!
