This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Oshawa Assembly on a full-time basis. The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Business Planner supports the Oshawa Assembly GSC organization by coordinating business planning, performance management, financial forecasting, safety and compliance activities, and cross-functional initiatives. This role helps ensure GSC priorities are aligned, tracked, and executed across the plant. Key Responsibilities Coordinate GSC business planning routines, including KPI reviews, BPD updates, action tracking, and plant and business plan meetings. Analyze financial information, complete monthly true-ups, and support forecasting and cost-management activities. Partner with GSC leaders and cross-functional teams to identify issues, improve processes, and support execution of business priorities. Support safety, training, dangerous goods, export compliance, and workplace transportation requirements through accurate tracking, reporting, and follow-up. Prepare and communicate clear updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at multiple levels. Contribute to GMS, continuous improvement, employee engagement, and One Team initiatives. Support digital enablement within GSC by helping develop and implement dashboards, workflow improvements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that improve visibility, decision-making, and productivity. Help establish standard work, governance, and user adoption for new digital and AI capabilities. Required Qualifications and Experience Successful conpletion of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, business planning, finance, analytics, or continuous improvement. Experience with Microsoft Excel and digital reporting or visualization tools. Exposure to Power BI, automation, SQL, Python, or AI applications is an asset. Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. Compensation The salary range for this role is $97,800.00 to $146,600.00. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
