We are seeking an accomplished Supply Chain Manager for our Group of Companies, driving strategic procurement and supplier management strategy to ensure cost-effective purchasing, maximized high-quality supply and exceptional vendor relationships.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Group Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team. The Supply Chain Manager will work closely with DNM Group’s multi-disciplinary estimating function, project management teams across our MEP, Construction & Building as well as manufacturing businesses.
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for developing and managing the company’s procurement and supplier management strategy to ensure cost-effective purchasing, high-quality supply, and alignment with organizational goals. This role oversees supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and ensures compliance with Lean, ISO 9001:2015, and applicable legal/industry standards. The Procurement Manager partners cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Warehousing and Project Management to optimize total cost of ownership, mitigate supply chain risks, and enable sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and standard work.
- Source, qualify, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and compliance.
- Lead negotiations for pricing, terms, and contracts to optimize value and mitigate risks.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews against KPIs and ISO standards.
Strategic Planning & Cost Control
- Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and material costs to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality or service.
- Collaborate with Finance on purchase commitments, cash flow, and payment terms.
- Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Master Scheduling processes by ensuring procurement alignment.
Warehousing & Inventory Control
- Establish traceability, documentation, and record control for all inventory facilities.
- Manage inventory levels, re-order points and warehousing activities.
- Oversee all logistical and activities, drivers and deliveries.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, OHSA, WSIB, and applicable legal/regulatory requirements.
- Establish traceability, documentation, and record control for all procurement activities.
- Identify supply chain risks (price volatility, shortages, geopolitical risks) and implement mitigation plans.
- Maintain ethical sourcing practices and compliance with company code of conduct.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Supervise and develop procurement, warehousing and delivery staff (buyers, coordinators, administrators).
- Foster collaboration with Warehouse, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Provide training on procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation skills.
What You Bring
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of full function supply chain management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, whilst noteable experience in procurement, warehousing and/or logistics will be advantageous.
- Professional certification (SCMP, CPSM, CPPB, or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial services environment an asset.
- ERP system proficiency.
