Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Grocery Store Stocker, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our store remains well-stocked, organized, and inviting for customers. As a key member of our team, you'll help create a seamless shopping experience by managing inventory, handling materials safely, and supporting overall store operations. Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Stock shelves efficiently with produce, packaged goods, and other retail products while maintaining proper merchandising standards Utilize RF scanners to accurately track inventory levels and update stock records in the inventory management system Conduct regular inventory control checks to identify stock discrepancies and ensure accurate stock levels Maintain cleanliness and safety standards by performing routine cleaning and maintenance of storage areas and workspaces Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently Support customer service efforts by providing product knowledge, answering questions, and directing shoppers as needed Skills Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse operation equipment Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory management and merchandising Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while practicing safe lifting techniques Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs Experience with warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, and materials handling procedures Basic math skills for counting inventory accurately and processing transactions when necessary Knowledge of retail store product placement, packaging, and merchandising standards Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards Customer service orientation with friendly interpersonal skills to assist shoppers effectively Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
