Grocery Stock Clerk

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grocery Associate to join our team. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring efficient inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties: - Receive and stock merchandise in the warehouse and on the sales floor in a safe and efficient manner. - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking lot. - Assist with inventory management, including counting, monitoring, and reporting inventory levels. - Operate a pallet jack to transport merchandise as needed. - Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and making recommendations to customers. - Restock shelves and face merchandise in a visually appealing manner. - Assist with receiving and unloading merchandise from deliveries. - Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any issues that may arise. - Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales data. Experience: - Previous experience in a grocery store or similar retail environment is highly preferred. - Proven ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods of time. - Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. - Experience with inventory management and control systems is beneficial. - skills are a plus, as this role requires interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds. Must Be available every weekend, all holidays, and closing shifts if needed. .
