The Grocery Manager leads and supports the stocking team, provides knowledgeable and friendly customer service, and ensures compliance with store standards and brand values. Candidates should have at least 2 years of grocery retail management or supervisory experience, strong organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills, and knowledge of natural, organic, and specialty foods and dietary lifestyles. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with retail purchasing or inventory experience preferred. This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40–50 lbs., operate store equipment, and work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and freight delivery days.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
