Greenway Ford - Wholesale/Retail Parts Counter Specialist

Greenway Ford Parts Department is a high-volume, fast-paced Wholesale/Retail Parts Center where teamwork, accuracy, and efficiency are essential to success. We are looking for someone with strong automotive parts knowledge (with Ford preferably) and customer service skills who can effectively assist both wholesale and retail customers. The ideal candidate should be able to identify and sell parts accurately, build and maintain relationships with wholesale accounts, follow up on orders, provide excellent customer service, and work effectively with the Parts Department and service teams. What You’ll Do: Assist technicians and estimators with accurate and timely parts orders Receive, inspect, and distribute parts in a high-volume workflow Maintain an organized parts inventory and perform regular cycle counts Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines Process returns and handle warranty parts according to company and manufacturer guidelines Support internal departments and maintain accurate documentation of all transactions What We’re Looking For: Previous automotive parts experience preferred Wholesale and/or retail parts experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to accurately identify and source automotive parts Comfortable working with technicians, customers, and outside repair facilities Strong computer and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Valid driver's license Previous Ford Parts experience preferred Why Greenway Ford?
