Automotive Parts Counter Person Company: Greenway Dodge Location: Orlando, FL Pay Range: $45,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with identifying and locating automotive parts. Provide accurate parts recommendations based on vehicle specifications and customer needs. Process parts orders, sales, and returns. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels. Receive, organize, and stock incoming parts shipments. Work closely with the service and sales departments to ensure parts are available when needed. Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders, pricing, and availability. Maintain an organized and professional parts department. Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely fulfillment of parts requests. Qualifications Previous automotive parts experience preferred. Knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and components. Experience working with dealership parts inventory systems is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
