Greenhouse Material Handler

Job Title: Greenhouse Hauler Department: Greenhouse Processing Supervisor: GH Processing Manager FLSA Status: Non-exempt Summary Responsible for safely transporting production from the production line to growing facilities using a Cushman and trailer. Ensures products are accurately scanned, loaded, transported, and placed in the correct greenhouse location. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operate a Cushman and trailer safely and follow all required safety procedures. Load, scan, and organize products onto racks for transport. Transport production from the production line to the appropriate growing facility. Unload products by hand and place them in the correct greenhouse location. Scan products as they are removed from racks to verify accuracy and proper placement. Meet established standards for product accuracy and handling Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, use common sense, and solve routine problems Ability to perform basic counting and understand quantities and measurements Expected to meet daily production or movement goals while maintaining accuracy. Ability to adjust priorities based on production needs would be useful. Expected to meet daily production or movement goals while maintaining accuracy. Knowledge and Skills: English language fluency required, Spanish a bonus Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanner Strong organizational skills Self-motivated and works independently with efficiency and accuracy Attention to detail
