Greenhouse Logistics and Inventory Manager - eCommerce

Duties Manage and coordinate greenhouse operations including shipping & receiving, inventory control, and materials handling to ensure accurate stock levels and daily order fulfillment. Oversee procurement activities including sourcing, vendor management, negotiation, and contract management to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply sources. Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, production planning, and category management teams to optimize demand planning and stock replenishment strategies. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics coordination, or supply chain roles within an eCommerce environment. Hands-on experience with warehouse distribution, transportation planning, freight management, and shipping logistics. Familiarity with plant health, greenhouse management and order fulfillment. Strong analysis skills for root cause analysis, process improvement initiatives, and supply chain analytics. Excellent customer service orientation combined with strategic thinking in transportation management systems (TMS) and international trade regulations compliance.
