The Opportunity FuntoNetwork is seeking a qualified subcontractor vendor or firm for an upcoming project: CATS IV Streetcar Truck Overhauls . The selected firm must provide the organizational capability, personnel, evidence, pricing, and delivery controls needed to support this project. Core Responsibilities Execute the Shipping & Receiving Logistics Coordinator scope for CATS IV Streetcar Truck Overhauls: Deliver the Shipping & Receiving Logistics Coordinator workstream for CATS IV Streetcar Truck Overhauls. Complete site or receiving readiness, mobilization, access, safety, sequencing, material, equipment, and outage coordination. Execute and document the assigned installation, construction, maintenance, shipping, receiving, or field-service activities to the approved requirements. Maintain daily production, labor, material, custody, safety, inspection, issue, and change records; coordinate required corrective work. Complete testing, punch-list resolution, reconciliation, turnover documentation, training or demonstrations, and client acceptance. Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence. Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions. What You Bring Demonstrated experience performing Shipping & Receiving Logistics Coordinator responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments. Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria. Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
