Public-Sector IT Solution Architect Role Snapshot Project Status: Green - Open - Apply by October 7, 2026 Rate: Estimated 65-139 USD / Hour based on role, experience, and final project requirements The Opportunity FuntoNetwork is seeking a Public-Sector IT Solution Architect for the RFP-associated opportunity IT Sourcing Event Template . This role closes a verified SOW/RTM delivery-coverage gap and owns the workstream described below. Core Responsibilities Translate solicitation requirements into application, infrastructure, integration, security, hosting, and support architecture decisions. Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence. Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions. Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence. Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams. Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness. What You Bring Demonstrated experience performing Public-Sector IT Solution Architect responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments. Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria. Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline. Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
