The Opportunity
FuntoNetwork seeks a fleet software provider and implementation subcontractor for Union County RFP 2027-002. The County needs a web-based fleet management system for asset records, work orders, preventive maintenance, parts inventory, fuel and mileage tracking, and cost reporting. FuntoNetwork will confirm permitted subcontracting and prime eligibility in the controlling RFP before proposing a team.
Core Responsibilities
β’ Provide a supported fleet management platform and disclose the software, hosting, and licensing model.
β’ Map and migrate current and historical fleet records, configure workflows and permissions, and validate converted data.
β’ Deliver administrator and user training, implementation documentation, support, maintenance, and service commitments.
β’ Explain access for data-entry and view-only users and treatment of inactive assets.
β’ Provide itemized implementation, data conversion, training, annual license, and other one-time or recurring charges.
Subcontractor Evidence Required
β’ Company profile, relevant county or comparable fleet implementation references, and named project lead.
β’ Platform demonstration or specifications, integration and migration plan, timeline, and support model.
β’ Evidence of professional liability and cyber/network security and privacy insurance matching solicitation requirements.
β’ Pricing schedule, license assumptions, warranties, and proposed subcontract workshare.

Subcontractor certification and compliance package: An authorized company representative should provide the following evidence for diligence and proposal inclusion.

β’ Platform demonstration or specifications, integration and migration plan, timeline, and support model.
β’ Evidence of professional liability and cyber/network security and privacy insurance matching solicitation requirements.
β’ Pricing schedule, license assumptions, warranties, and proposed subcontract workshare.
β’ Legal and registration: Legal entity name, formation jurisdiction, W-9, authorized signer, ownership/contact details, good-standing evidence, and applicable vendor registrations. For federal work, include active SAM.gov status, UEI, CAGE code, representations and certifications when required.
β’ Licenses, certifications, and permits: Copies, numbers, issuing bodies, scope, expiration dates, and renewal plans for every applicable company and personnel credential. Identify the entity and individual that will hold each required credential through performance.
β’ OEM and product authority: Current reseller, installer, integrator, partner, warranty, support, or manufacturer authorization where the proposed solution or solicitation requires it.
β’ Insurance and bonding: Current certificates and ability to meet the solicitation's general liability, workers' compensation, auto, professional/E&O, cyber, umbrella, bonding, and additional-insured requirements, as applicable. Final limits remain controlled by the official solicitation.
