As we prepare to open our new Graze Craze<\/b> location in Windermere<\/b>, we are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Charcuterie Operations Manager<\/b> to lead our team in a Full\-Time<\/b> role. This is a unique opportunity to help create and develop a team of professionals in this niche space, dedicated to cultivating a personal and exceptional experience for each client. As the Charcuterie Catering Manager,<\/b> you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, inventory control, and event execution to deliver memorable catering experiences. Your expertise will ensure our Charcuterie Boards and gourmet spreads meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, delighting our clients and elevating our brand. <\/span>Requiring strong leadership, culinary expertise, and administrative skills, the Charcuterie Catering Manager<\/span><\/b> has a passion for the field and a focus on inspired foods & concepts.<\/span>

    Job Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Lead the preparation and presentation of charcuterie boards, cheese platters, and related gourmet offerings for catering events.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Manage daily kitchen operations, including food production, safety protocols, and quality control to ensure consistent excellence.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, controlling waste, and maintaining accurate stock levels using our POS systems.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Communicate with clients to confirm orders, timelines, and special requests.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment adhering to food safety regulations while fostering a positive team atmosphere focused on hospitality excellence.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Other duties as required.<\/span>

      Job Qualifications:<\/span><\/b>
      <\/p>

      • At least 21 years of age.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • High school diploma or equivalent.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a fast\-paced restaurant or catering environment.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Familiarity with food safety standards, budgeting practices, and food industry regulations.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Experience in dining settings with banquet or catering experience preferred.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Leadership qualities which inspire teamwork, training & development capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Ability to work occasional weekends.<\/span>
