Graphic Designer/ Production Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Retail Sales and Graphic Design Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating custom graphic designs to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Consult with customers to understand their design preferences and provide recommendations Create and modify custom artwork and designs based on customers’ ideas, needs, and specifications Ensure 5-star customer satisfaction by providing high-quality products and excellent service Answer phone calls and respond promptly to customer emails and voicemails Ensure all artwork is finalized and transferred to production Review of the previous day's orders to prioritize artwork and printing Ensure 24-hour turnaround orders are completed on or ahead of schedule Assist with merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise as needed Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and/or other Adobe Creative Suite applications. Experience with Corel Draw is a plus At least one year of experience working in a retail environment Comfortable engaging with customers, recommending products and solutions, following up on opportunities, and closing a sale Strong oral and written communication with the ability to be clear, professional, and timely with responses Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Energetic, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and passion for customer service Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for design Knowledge of printing techniques and materials is a plus Digital media and marketing skills preferred Retail key holder experience preferred Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time at design stations and through the production process Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes of apparel and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds Additional Responsibilities: Timely opening and closing procedures Solve production hold-ups in a professional manner and communicate with customers Review orders “in the pipeline” and send follow-ups when appropriate Receive, put away and perform monthly inventory counts Assist with production once customer responsibilities are met Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00-$22.00/hour Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Work Location: In person
