Grain Elevator Operator

We are currently hiring a Grain Elevator Operator for our Lucknow location. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our operations, working hands-on with our elevator systems while ensuring safety, product quality, and excellent customer service. Harvest and operational demands require flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and extended hours. Key Responsibilities: We’re looking for individuals who are dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn. Previous agriculture or grain elevator experience is an asset but not required. Operate grain elevator systems including legs, pits, bins, and dryers Receive, weigh, and handle grain deliveries from local farmers Monitor and maintain grain quality through proper storage, transfer, and conditioning Provide friendly and professional customer service Perform general maintenance and housekeeping, including bin cleanouts Work in environments that may include heights, confined spaces, dust, noise, and varying weather conditions Required Experience & Skills High school diploma Diploma in Agriculture preferred Experience with grain handling, elevator operations, or agricultural facilities considered an asset Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment Commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement We Offer: RRSP Matching Program Comprehensive Health Benefits Competitive compensation A rewarding, challenging and progressive career Opportunities for growth and development A supportive, innovative, and team-focused work environment At Snobelen Farms, you'll be part of a team that values people, innovation, and continuous improvement.
