Key Responsibilities: Develop leadership and operational understanding through blended training
Learn inventory management, shipping, receiving, and logistics
Study facility maintenance, equipment, quality control, and audits
Build knowledge of procurement, customer service, and risk management
Develop understanding of health, food safety, and compliance
Requirements: Minimum two years operating a grain elevator
Progressive responsibility in grain elevator operations
Knowledge of grading, equipment, processes, and product storage
Practical mechanical repair and maintenance experience
Computer proficiency, adaptability, travel, and relocation willingness
