Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize facility throughput and grain handling operations
• Supervise daily operations and maintain a safe workplace
• Monitor grain conditions and schedule facility maintenance
• Coordinate grain activities with marketing staff
• Report performance, goals, and budgets to Regional Manager
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; related post-secondary education is an asset
• Two to three years of grain-related or industry experience
• Leadership success with staff mentorship experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and favorable bond record
